Such minor variations are part of the handcrafted nature of our products and are not considered manufacturing defects.

3. Product Photography & Colors

We make every reasonable effort to represent our products accurately through photographs.

However, actual colors may vary slightly due to photography conditions, lighting, camera settings, screen brightness, device displays, and other technical factors.

We cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your device will exactly match the physical product.

4. Orders

Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully completed and/or confirmation has been issued by PRAAV, as applicable.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including:

Product unavailability
Incorrect product or pricing information
Payment failure
Suspected fraudulent activity
Technical errors
Inability to fulfil a customized order
Incorrect or incomplete customer information

If a prepaid order is cancelled by PRAAV and cannot be fulfilled, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Pricing & Payments

Product prices are displayed on our website and may be changed at any time without prior notice.

The price applicable to an order will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is successfully placed, except in cases of obvious technical or pricing errors.

Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment gateways or service providers.

PRAAV does not directly store complete card, banking, UPI, or other sensitive payment credentials processed by such providers.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We make reasonable efforts to process and dispatch orders within the estimated timelines communicated on our website or during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors including destination, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, product customization, production requirements, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Handcrafted, customized, personalized, and made-to-order products may require additional processing time.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

PRAAV will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the handcrafted and limited nature of our products, purchases are generally subject to our No Return, No Exchange & No Refund policy.

Exceptions may be considered for verified damaged, defective, or incorrect products in accordance with our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

Any eligible issue must be reported within the timeframe specified in that policy and must satisfy the applicable conditions.

Customers are encouraged to review the Return, Exchange & Refund Policy before completing a purchase.

8. Customized & Made-to-Order Products

Customized, personalized, altered, or made-to-order products are produced specifically according to the customer's confirmed requirements.

Once production or customization has begun, such orders generally cannot be modified or cancelled.

Customized and made-to-order products are not eligible for regular returns or exchanges, except where PRAAV confirms a genuine manufacturing defect, damage, or material error in fulfilling the confirmed order.

9. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order.

If processing, customization, production, or dispatch has already begun, cancellation may not be possible.

PRAAV reserves the right to determine whether an order is eligible for cancellation based on its processing status.

10. Intellectual Property

All content available on the PRAAV website, including but not limited to:

Brand name and logo
Product designs
Hand-painted artwork and motifs
Photographs and videos
Graphics and illustrations
Website design
Written content
Product descriptions
Packaging designs
Marketing materials

is owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by PRAAV, as applicable.

Such content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, distributed, commercially exploited, or used without appropriate authorization.

Unauthorized commercial use of PRAAV's intellectual property may result in appropriate action.
