Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At PRAAV, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with attention to detail, traditional artistry, and sustainable practices. The handmade nature of our products means that every piece is unique.

For this reason, we generally follow a No Return, No Exchange & No Refund policy, except in the case of a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including change of mind, personal preference, incorrect selection, or minor variations associated with handcrafted products.

We encourage you to carefully review the product description, measurements, photographs, and other details before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event that your product arrives damaged or with a genuine manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Clear photographs and/or videos of the product and the issue must be provided for verification.

Once the claim has been reviewed and approved, we may offer an exchange or replacement, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.

Approved replacement or exchange orders will generally be fulfilled within 7–14 days.

Incorrect Product Received

If you receive a product that is different from the item you ordered, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs or videos of the item received.

Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Refunds are generally not offered, as all sales are considered final.

However, in exceptional circumstances where an exchange or replacement is not possible, PRAAV may approve a refund after reviewing and inspecting the product.

Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–15 days.

Eligibility for Exceptional Claims

For a damaged, defective, or incorrect product claim to be considered:

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
The product must remain unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
Original tags, labels, and packaging must be retained.
Clear photo and/or video evidence must be provided.
The item may be required to be returned for inspection.
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting period may not be accepted.

Customized, personalized, and made-to-order products are not eligible for regular returns or exchanges. However, genuine damage, defects, or errors in the confirmed order may be reviewed separately.

Handcrafted Product Disclaimer

Every PRAAV creation carries the character of handmade craftsmanship.

Minor differences in color, texture, brush strokes, motif placement, weave, pattern, or finish may naturally occur from one piece to another. These variations are an inherent part of handcrafted production and are not considered defects.

Photography & Color Disclaimer

We make every effort to photograph our products as accurately as possible, primarily using natural or carefully controlled lighting.

However, slight differences in color may occur due to lighting, photography, screen brightness, display settings, and individual device screens.

Such minor color variations are not considered defects and will not qualify for return, exchange, or refund.

Care Instructions

To maintain the beauty and longevity of your PRAAV product:

Dry cleaning is recommended, especially for handcrafted and hand-painted pieces.
If hand washing is permitted, use cold water and a mild detergent.
Do not soak or machine wash handcrafted or hand-painted garments.
Wash separately where required.
Dry inside out and in the shade.
Avoid bleach, harsh detergents, and excessive rubbing.
Slight color bleeding may occur during initial washes in certain hand-dyed fabrics.
Always follow the specific care instructions provided with your product.
