Processing & Customization

Ready-to-ship products are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Customized, hand-painted, and made-to-order products require 3–5 business days for customization and preparation before dispatch.

Please note that customization time is separate from the delivery timeline.

Delivery

Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days within India, depending on the location and courier serviceability.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared once your order has been dispatched via the available communication channel.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
